I’m a dietitian who has a passion for coaching people to make healthy lifestyle choices. However, over the last 5 years of practicing, I have come to realize the dramatic impact of eating away from the home, has on people’s health. I truly believe that if we make small, consistent healthy eating strategies when eating out, we can start to see significant weight loss and overall improved health.
